Homemade, fast, and effective when used with consistency.
1) Anti-Gray Oil 👵➡️👩 (Sage • Amla • Black Sesame • Coconut)
Ingredients:
1 handful (≈10–12 g) of dried or fresh sage leaves (well washed and dried).
Amla: 2–3 chopped fruits or 1 tbsp (8–10 g) of powder.
1 tbsp (10 g) of black sesame seeds.
200 ml of coconut oil (virgin). If solid, melt gently in a double boiler.
Step-by-Step Preparation:
Jar: Sterilize a glass jar and dry it completely (moisture shortens the oil’s shelf life).
Load: Place the sage, amla, and sesame seeds in the jar.
Cover: Pour the coconut oil until it covers the solids by 2–3 cm.
Slow Maceration: 14–21 days in a dark place. Shake for 30–60 seconds every day.
Quick Option: Warm infusion for 25–30 min at 40–50°C (do not boil).
Strain: Filter with cheesecloth or a fine strainer and bottle in an amber jar.
Usage:
Apply to roots and mid-lengths, massaging for 3 min. Leave on for 1–2 hours and wash.
Frequency: 2 times/week.
Goal: Delay the appearance of gray hair, nourish, and add shine.
